How do I schedule an appointment?

Contact us to schedule a free 15-minute consultation with one of our counselors. We will discuss a little bit about what you are seeking and how we can help. If counseling with us sounds like a good fit, we will set up a client portal account for you where you can complete the initial client paperwork and request your first appointment.

What should I expect in my first appointment?

Prior to your appointment, you will complete paperwork including consent for services, privacy practices, and information about yourself. During your first appointment, we will review this paperwork and discuss your goals for therapy. This helps us create a treatment plan tailored to best support you.

How is payment handled?

Payment is collected via the client portal and is due at the time of service. If we are an in-network provider for your insurance, we collect any client portion (copays, coinsurance if applicable) at the time of service and then bill your insurance company on your behalf. If we are an out-of-network provider for your insurance, we collect the private pay rate from you at the time of service and provide you with a superbill which you may submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement.
